  26. 1 tsp coriander powder

Steps to make to make Malai kofta

  1. For kofta : mix all ingredients of kofta above add little malai if it is dry. Now make kofta whatever shape u like and little fry them in hot oil.
  2. For gravy : heat 1tsp oil add all ingredients of gravy except curd, cream, half kasuri methi and black pepper and saute for 5 minutes now add 1 cup water and give it a boil for 5 minutes. Now cool it completely and make a fine paste.
  3. Take a pan heat butter add remaining kasuri methi,gravy paste, garam masala mix it and cook for 5 minutes now add curd cook again for 5 minutes add water if required as per thickness of gravy. At the end add cream mix it..
  4. Now serve it hot with naan, lachha parantha or simple chapati.
